Diagnostic Fee

The diagnostic fee is $100 CAD, payable when you drop off your appliance for diagnosis.

Diagnostic and Repair Cost Communication

We will contact you by email to inform you of the diagnosis. A written estimate will be sent to you and will include the following information:

  1. the name and address of the consumer and the merchant;
  2. a description of the appliance;
  3. the nature and total cost of the repair;
  4. the date and validity period of the estimate.

You will be asked to confirm by email or phone whether you accept or decline the repair.

Confirmation and Start of Repairs

No repairs will be performed without your explicit consent. After receiving your confirmation, we will proceed with the repair of your appliance. We will notify you when the repair is complete.

Device Retrieval

From the date you are notified that repairs are complete, you have 30 days to retrieve your device and pay any outstanding balance. A pre-authorization of $125 CAD may be placed on your debit or credit card with your written or electronic consent at the time of drop-off to cover diagnostic and storage fees. If the device is not retrieved within 30 days, a storage fee of $10 CAD per week will be charged.

Device Forgotten Policy

If you do not retrieve your device within 60 days of notification that repairs are complete:

  • We will send you a final courtesy notice by email and mail to the address on file.
  • If we do not receive a response or retrieve the device, it will be considered forgotten.
  • In accordance with the Civil Code of Québec, we may dispose of the device appropriately, including selling it, to recover unpaid repair and storage fees. Any remaining net balance may be claimed from you.

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to back up all data or configuration information on your device, if applicable, before entrusting it to us. We are not responsible for any data loss.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the repair of your device. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the repair services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions may be modified in the future, but any changes will only apply to deposits made after the updated date. The terms accepted at the time of depositing your device remain valid until the end of the service.

By submitting your device and signing the acceptance form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
